Job summary

Peabody Properties, Inc. seeks a Senior Portfolio Manager in Boston, MA to lead a portfolio of residential properties. You will oversee operations, budgets, resident relations and regulatory compliance while managing site teams.

The role requires LIHTC experience, strong communication, budgeting skills and a collaborative leadership style. Travel to sites is expected as part of weekly inspections and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required and 7+ years of property management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of recertification processes and LIHTC experience.
• Strong organizational, management, writing and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of property operations including resident relations and budget management.
• Supervise site staff; conduct performance appraisals and resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate hiring with People and Culture; maintain high employee morale.
• Visit sites weekly to inspect property and review operations.
• Prepare annual operating budgets and ensure budget adherence.
