Peabody Properties, Inc. seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee a 44-unit apartment community in Jamaica Plain, MA.

You will direct property operations and lead site staff while ensuring compliance with Project Based Section 8 and related housing regulations. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED with 5+ years in property management and supervisory roles, proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED with 5 years property management and supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, federally-assisted and housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations for a 44-unit community in Jamaica Plain, MA.
