Paths Building Services LLC is seeking a Senior Property Manager for two affordable housing properties in Canton, OH. The role oversees leasing, compliance, reporting and budgets to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations. A HUD/Section 8 background and strong leadership are essential.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2–3 years of property management experience, and proficiency with MS Office; Yardi experience is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, social work or related field.
• 2–3 years of property management experience.
• HUD and Section 8 experience required.
• Ability to read and analyze financial reports and regulations.
• Able to write reports and business correspondence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel and Outlook.
• Yardi Forecast or Yardi Asset IQ experience a plus.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee income recertification, leasing and re-leasing for two properties.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Provide residents, vendors and staff with high quality service.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting and variance explanations.
• Review expenses and assist with annual budgets.
• Enforce Paths policies and supervise site staff.
• Maintain Fair Housing compliance and knowledge of community policies.
• Ensure units are market-ready and maintain curb appeal.
• Manage incident reporting and safety compliance; coordinate with regional manager.
• Train staff, issue disciplinary notices, and conduct evaluations.
• Process delinquencies and evictions per policy; manage invoices weekly.
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintain safety records.
• Schedule 24-hour maintenance coverage and manage capital expenditure bids.
