Job summary

Wallick Communities is seeking a Community Manager to lead leasing and maintenance teams at Hillsboro, OH. You’ll manage payroll, collections, invoicing, and supply purchases while upholding occupancy targets and strong resident relations.

Responsibilities include move-out inspections, property audits, and timely reporting. A 1+ year PM background with HUD/Section 8 is ideal; strong Office and Yardi skills are valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of residential property management experience; HUD/Section 8 a big plus.
• High school diploma (associate’s degree preferred); COS/LIHTC/HCCP/AHM a plus.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
• Commitment to exceptional resident service.
• Deadline-driven with attention to detail, compliance and quality.
• Fluent with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a leasing and maintenance team to ensure great resident experiences.
• Process community staff payroll and related duties.
• Ensure rent collections are received and deposited.
• Process invoices and manage purchasing for the community.
• Maintain occupancy targets and positive owner/resident relations.
• Review rental applications and approve them.
• Complete move-out paperwork and conduct inspections timely.
• Audit resident files and produce required government/board reports.
• Maintain community standards and perform other duties as assigned.
