Job summary

MMS Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager for affordable housing with 100–120 units in Steubenville and Wintersville, OH. You will oversee operations, budgeting, rent collection, and staff management to ensure compliant, efficient property performance.

Required are 3+ years in residential property management, 2+ years in affordable housing, and familiarity with LIHTC and Section 8 programs. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of residential multifamily property management experience.
• Minimum two years of affordable housing experience.
• Experience with government programs (Section 8, LIHTC) and voucher submissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and budgeting.
• Collect rents and manage resident accounts and charges.
• Hire, train, and supervise site staff for high performance.
• Conduct regular property inspections and income verification.
