Job summary

Pantzer LLC is seeking a Senior Property Manager for The Point Stamford, CT. The role oversees a 641-unit Class A property with comprehensive onsite leadership, budgeting, and tenant relations.

The position offers a salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 plus bonus, with a Monday–Friday schedule and weekend as needed. Strong English communication, licensing, and leadership are essential for success in this fast-paced, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience managing a property with 300+ units
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of leadership experience in property management
• Strong working knowledge of multi-family financial processes including budgeting and financial statements
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and industry-related software platforms

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property while leading an onsite team
• Guide the onsite team to achieve leasing, marketing, and operational targets while focusing on occupancy and retention
• Provide support and direction to the maintenance team
• Oversee the financial success of the property through collections, onsite accounting, invoice processing, inventory management, and operating expense control
• Cultivate and maintain strong resident relationships through regular communication and outreach events
• Establish effective relationships with vendors and partners to maximize quality of service to residents
• Monitor and strategically evaluate current market trends with a focus on competitor performance, pricing, and promotions
