Pantzer LLC is seeking a Property Manager for The Point at McLean, a Class A property with 319 units, near the McLean Metro Station. The role leads an onsite team including an assistant property manager and maintenance staff, focusing on occupancy, retention, and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in property management, experience with the Fairfax County Workforce Dwelling Program, and strong budgeting knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Must have at least 2 years of Property Manager experience managing a Class A building.
• Must have experience administering the Fairfax County Workforce Dwelling Program.
• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong leadership skills with 1–3 years of management experience in property management.
• Solid working knowledge of multi-family financial processes including budgeting and financial statements.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software platforms.
• Knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal legislation and regulations.

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the property while leading an onsite team.
• Guiding the onsite team to achieve leasing, marketing, and operational targets.
• Providing support and direction to the maintenance team.
• Overseeing the financial success of the property through collections, onsite accounting, invoice processing, inventory management, and operating expense control.
• Cultivating and maintaining strong resident relationships through regular communication and events.
• Establishing relationships with vendors to maximize service quality for residents.
• Monitoring market trends, pricing, and promotions.
