Pantzer Property Management is hiring a Property Manager for The Point at McLean in McLean, VA. The role oversees daily operations, a onsite team, and financial performance for a Class A property with 319 units near the McLean Metro Station.

Requirements include 2+ years of PM experience in a Class A building, knowledge of the Fairfax County Workforce Dwelling Program, and strong English communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of Property Manager experience, managing a Class A building.
• Experience administering the Fairfax County Workforce Dwelling Program.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong people skills and ability to provide residents an exceptional experience.
• Leadership experience in property management.
• Knowledge of multi-family financial processes including budgeting and financial statements.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and industry-related software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations and lead onsite team.
• Guide the onsite team to achieve leasing, marketing, and operational targets.
• Provide support and direction to the maintenance team.
• Oversee financial performance through collections, invoicing, and expense control.
• Cultivate resident relationships through communication and events.
• Establish relationships with vendors to maximize service quality.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and promotions.
