Job summary

CBRE Property Management is seeking a Sr. Manager to supervise a team handling large property portfolios’ operational and financial work. The role oversees staffing, training, performance reviews, budgets, and owner reporting while coordinating tenant needs and capital plans.

You will drive annual budgets, forecast plans, analyze variances, and deliver monthly performance reports. The position emphasizes leadership, compliance with notices, and proactive program development for emergencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
  • Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.

  • Act as primary contact with property owners, serving as owner representative to ensure that objectives are being met. Prepare and deliver timely, accurate and complete reports.
  • Develop and control annual budgets for large operating and capital expenses. Forecast complex management plans and prepare monthly performance reports, explaining variances.
  • Help create advanced programs that will assist the property with emergency recoveries.
  • Prepare and approve all required legal notices. Recommend and coordinate legal action as necessary.
  • Review tenant rent and common area maintenance recovery charges to ensure payment is on time.
