  • Exceptional underwriting and financial modeling (Excel) skills, with experience supporting annual budgets, leasing analysis, cash flow projections, and capital project execution.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate property management and lease administration.
  • 6-10 years of property management experience.

Our client is a fully integrated commercial real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition, redevelopment, and management of retail shopping centers, industrial warehouses, and various other commercial property types, with an investment footprint across the United States. Our client is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$85k - $100k

Position Overview:
