• Assist with maximizing occupancy and rental income through effective strategies, collaborating directly with on-site property manager(s).
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, codes, and regulatory requirements, including affordable housing programs where applicable.
• Help respond to property emergencies and support property management.

The Leasing Agent at TI Asset Management reports directly to on-site Property Manager(s) and acts as a key liaison between residents and third-party vendors.
