Job summary

Trinity Management Company LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general inspections, respond to service requests, and complete apartment turns across the property. You will manage pool care and routine repairs under direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

The role requires flexibility to work on-call shifts, weekends, and some holidays with a focus on safety, compliance, and quality workmanship across maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete general inspections, service requests and apartment turns.
• Perform maintenance repairs including plumbing, heating/cooling, painting and small appliance repair.
• Ensure safety, compliance with policies and procedures and respond to emergency calls on on-call basis.
