Job summary

Trinity Management Company, L.L.C. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to complete service requests, apartment turns, and general repairs across properties. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool systems, painting, and carpentry, ensuring safety and quality.

You will prioritize work orders, cover on-call emergencies, and help maintain curb appeal and common areas while complying with all policies and regulations. A valid AZ driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of residential property maintenance or equivalent experience required.
• HVAC, EPA, OSHA Certificates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service requests completed within 48 hours.
• Organize and complete work orders by priority (emergency vs. non-emergency).
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, appliances, pools, painting, electrical, irrigation and carpentry.
• Maintain electrical systems, lighting, plumbing, and perform minor building improvements.
• Ensure 'Turns' are completed on or before the day prior to move-in date.
• Respond to emergency calls within 15 minutes when on-call.
• Maintain property curb appeal and general cleanliness of common areas.
