The Galman Group is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to maintain our property and ensure a clean, safe living environment for residents. You will handle routine repairs, make-readies, and preventive maintenance across units and common areas.

Candidates should bring hands-on maintenance experience, relevant licenses, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A strong safety mindset and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience required (vocational, technical, or trade education preferred).
• Ability to work on-call shifts.
• Owns personal tools & reliable vehicle (driver’s license required).
• HVAC certification & experience preferred.
• Plumbing skills, electrical skills, carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Be aware of EPA and OSHA regulations governing hazardous materials.
• Inspect property condition and initiate safety actions for unsafe conditions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and maintain tools in good condition.
• Handle make-readies, repairs, and repairs coordination with senior staff.
• Assist with make-ready repairs and coordinate with maintenance team.
• Report major repairs and requisitions prior to expenditures.
• Assist in moving and transporting heavy appliances and equipment.
