Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA certifications Type I/II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property if applicable.
• Experience with basic maintenance and repairs is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant homes, including inspections and scheduling as needed.
• Track inventory, access materials, and notify supervisor for re-orders.
• Document work orders accurately to enable tracking and reporting.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-saving initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts where feasible.
