Job summary

Royal American Companies is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to oversee the preservation and upkeep of our property under supervision of the Community Manager. You will ensure OSHA compliance, perform preventive maintenance, and maintain records while coordinating with vendors and residents.

The role requires hands-on maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and grounds, with emphasis on safety, reliability and professional conduct.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on all equipment per manufacturer recommendations.
• Inspect apartment units, buildings and common areas for repairs and safety hazards.
• Maintain grounds and assist with custodial tasks as needed.
• Report incidents and non-compliance to Community Manager and vendors.
