Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations is required.
• HVAC certification and CAMT are required.
• Ability to demonstrate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, landscaping, and pool operations skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to repair requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepare residences for occupancy and schedule with vendors.
• Lead maintenance team and provide hands-on training.
