Job summary

ML Property Group LLC is seeking a Service Manager to oversee maintenance, preventative tasks, and amenity areas for the property. You will partner with the Community Manager to ensure a safe and welcoming living environment for residents and staff.

The role requires 3–5 years in apartment maintenance, including at least 1 year in a Service Manager capacity, with HVAC, EPA, and CPO credentials preferred. You will manage day-to-day repairs, safety, and on-call emergency responses.

Qualifications

• High school degree required; college degree preferred.
• Three to five years of apartment maintenance experience (or equivalent).
• Minimum of one year of apartment Service Manager experience (or equivalent).
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Perform various community maintenance functions and repairs.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and keep logs updated.
• Ensure safety and compliance; oversee after-hours emergency response.
• Maintain clean, organized maintenance spaces and inventories.
