Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for a very large property or multiple properties. You will ensure interior and exterior areas, grounds, amenities, and common spaces meet Greystar's high standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality while achieving budgetary goals.

You will manage resident service requests, oversee the make-ready process, set standards for appearance, supervise contractors, and maintain materials and tools within budget.

Qualifications

• Oversee all technical and mechanical work for large properties to meet corporate standards.
• Coordinate make-ready processes for vacant units and ensure timely inspections and punch lists.
• Develop and enforce standards for cleanliness, appearance, and safety across grounds and buildings.
• Monitor contractor work to ensure quality and budget adherence.
• Maintain inventory and plan preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Manages the completion of work orders and routine upkeep.
• Oversees pre-move-in inspections and scheduling of vendors/contractors.
• Develops standards for grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas to reflect high quality.
