Qualifications

• 4+ years of facility maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Preferred 1 mechanical certification: Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Repair, or similar.
• California driver’s license with valid vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-house, complex and routine repairs and replacements across the community.
• Inspect and maintain mechanical systems and oversee vendor PMs.
• Diagnose problems and recommend repairs.
• Maintain common areas and grounds per company standards and safety protocols.
• Provide guidance and training to junior technicians.
• Complete preventative maintenance and document work in systems (Salesforce).
• Handle after-hours emergencies and possible weekend/holiday work.
