Job summary

BH Management, LLC in Kentucky is seeking a Service Manager I to coordinate maintenance and repair work across our multifamily properties. You will schedule staff, oversee daily operations, and uphold BH standards for quality and safety.

The role requires four years of progressive maintenance experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to work with the Community Manager to plan staffing and budgets. On‑call rotations are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of maintenance and safety experience.
• Up to 299 units in one community.
• Advanced computer skills and industry specific technology to coordinate and respond to resident/management requests for the property.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work independently and prioritize tasks.
• High School diploma - preferred

Responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance staff and assign tasks.
• Coordinate with Community Manager for staffing.
• Provide safety training for maintenance staff.
• Inspect property daily for maintenance needs and hazards.
• Ensure repairs meet BH standards and budgets.
• Respond to resident requests.
• Share on-call duties with maintenance team.
• Source and install new equipment.
• Maintain inventory and tools.
• Comply with OSHA and safety requirements.
