Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager for Design & Construction Services in Chicago. You will lead projects, develop PIPs, and collaborate with Development, Feasibility, and Operations teams to elevate Hyatt’s brand standards.

The role requires 5+ years in architecture/engineering, travel up to 50%, and strong MS Office/Bluebeam skills. You will influence design direction and ensure brand consistency across hotel projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ post-graduate experience in an Architectural or Engineering field.
• Architectural or Engineering Design Degree or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to collaborate across Hyatt teams and with owners and developers.
• Willingness to travel domestically and abroad up to 50%.
• English fluency is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop Property Improvement Plans (PIPs) and area programs.
• Visit conversion hotels to assess site conditions and inform recommendations.
• Provide design guidance to ensure brand fit and adherence to brand standards.
• Collaborate with owners, developers, and internal stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
• Apply working knowledge of fire and life safety codes (NFPA/IBC).
• Support design direction and project scope within budget.
