Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge coordinating design and technical solutions.
• Undergraduate Degree in Architecture required; professional licensure required.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional architecture experience.
• Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, and standard architecture software.
• Lead sustainable design principles in technical plans and deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong organization.
• Active participation in professional organizations and marketing/business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project development, client relationships, and project implementation with Project Manager and Project Designer.
• Oversee quality assurance/control, standards adherence, and protocol compliance.
• Align design intent with schedules, budgets, and profitability targets.
• Lead conceptual design and coordinate all building design disciplines.
• Present design and technical solutions to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor teams to produce high-quality deliverables and drive design excellence.
• Execute QA/QC measures across all project phases.
• Maintain clear communication with the Project Manager and design team.
• Manage client expectations and foster strong relationships through presentations.
• Ensure timely project delivery while meeting budget targets.
