IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Senior Renovation Manager to lead the Property Improvement Plans (PIP) program across the Americas. You will supervise Renovation Managers, coordinate with franchisees and hotel management on construction and property improvements, and drive compliance with brand standards.

The role requires 6–10 years in architecture, design, or construction management, with strong project leadership and communication skills.

Competenze

• Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation.
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to clients, vendors, senior management and staff.
• Proven knowledge of building construction codes and brand standards for all Company property types.
• Knowledge of the Company’s license agreement and related regulations.

Mansioni

• Manage the Property Improvement Plans (PIP) process and documentation for all IHG brands.
• Lead a team of Renovation Managers across the Americas to deploy PIP and advise hotel management on construction and property improvements.
• Review staff correspondence to franchisees and render decisions on milestone extensions and franchisee requests.
• Monitor renovation schedules and ensure timely openings or enforcement actions.
• Track plans and generate reports using Salesforce; manage budgets and travel for team development.
• Coach, develop and assess team members; hire, fire and support salary classifications as needed.
