Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an energetic Senior Manager to join the Design & Construction Services team at our corporate office. You will collaborate with Development, Feasibility, and Operations teams to advance Hyatt’s hotel projects and ensure brand standards across new-builds and conversions.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in architectural or engineering design, a relevant degree, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in an Architectural or Engineering field.
• Architectural or Engineering Design Degree or foreign equivalent.
• Availability for frequent travel (domestic and international) up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with owners, developers, and Hyatt teams to strengthen market position on hotel design and construction projects.
• Lead or contribute to special projects that support Design & Construction Services priorities.
• Provide design guidance to ensure brand fit and adherence to Hyatt standards.
• Apply knowledge of building systems, codes, and standards (NFPA, IBC).
• Support development of project scope, design direction, and lifecycle deliverables.
