Job summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking an Architectural Project Manager in Chicago, focusing on restaurant and hospitality projects. You will oversee design development through construction, coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors, and ensure budgets and schedules are met.

The role requires 4+ years in NA architectural practice, strong code knowledge, Revit and AutoCAD proficiency, and excellent English communication. Hybrid/remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in NA architectural industry with 2.5+ years in PM.
• Experience in restaurant/hospitality or franchise projects preferred.
• Ability to develop and monitor detailed work plans across disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and quality control processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design development, CD prep, and construction phase services.
• Coordinate with project team, site visits, and client relationships.
• Manage project financials, budgets, and scheduling to meet timelines.
• Liaise with municipal authorities and consultant teams for approvals.
• Review deliverables for QA/QC and constructability of drawings.
• Collaborate with contractors and sub-consultants to resolve issues.
