GGP is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the cost-effective operation, maintenance, and long-term preservation of a premier shopping center. You will support the Sr) GM to meet metrics, coordinate with departments, and ensure safety, sustainability, and efficient facilities management across all assets.

Role requires 2+ years in mall/shopping center management, 3+ years in facilities operations, and strong leadership and budgeting skills.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in shopping centers or equivalent management.
• 3+ years of facilities operations or construction management preferred.
• Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Experience with blueprints, CAD drawings and other schematics.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven project management, organizational and budgeting abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to train teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, JDEdwards and Proliance.
• Industry certification and OSHA training are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a clean, well maintained property for a positive guest experience.
• Oversee assets to maintain standards cost-effectively.
• Prepare multi-year capex and operating expense plans.
• Develop tenant relationships to ensure compliance and timely construction.
• Implement maintenance programs and vendor compliance.
• Ensure safety systems are code compliant and documented.
• Support safety, health and environment programs and sustainability.
• Monitor utility use and costs with BAS systems.
• Manage direct reports and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with corporate departments to meet objectives.
• Engage with local officials and stakeholders.
• Review invoices for accuracy and timely payment.
• Oversee operations during crises to ensure safety.
• Participate in Manager on Duty scheduling, including evenings/weekends.
• Other duties as assigned.
