Qualifications

• Investigate and manage moderate to complex residential property claims, including some farm and ranch claims.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and strong estimating skills.
• Residence in Minnesota with willingness to work in Western Minnesota region.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals to create damages estimates for complex 1st party homeowner losses.
• Builds mastered relationships with internal and external customers.
• Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in complex files.
• Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types and assists leadership in training.
• Recommends process improvements.
