ORAU is seeking an experienced Personal Property Management professional in Oak Ridge, TN, to support organization-wide property management activities in compliance with federal and DOE regulations.

The role covers cradle-to-grave asset lifecycle management, policy implementation, audits, and reporting to ensure accountability and risk mitigation across property programs. A bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Personal Property and Materials Management policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with government property management, including DOE/DOE-related regulations.
• Working knowledge of accounting and payment processes, including Oracle.
• Knowledge of export control laws and disposition of property.
• Experience with safeguarding high-risk property and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead administration and interpretation of property policies and procedures.
• Oversee Personal Property Management program operations and regulatory compliance.
• Manage ORAU Property Database data integrity and transactions.
• Direct export control compliance activities including ECCN classification and licensing.
