ORAU is seeking an experienced Personal Property Management professional to support cradle‑to‑grave asset lifecycle activities in a federal and corporate environment. You will lead property policies, regulatory compliance, and reporting, while ensuring data integrity across the ORAU Property Database and coordinating with Logistics and ITS teams.

The role requires knowledge of DOE and federal regulations, Oracle proficiency, and a Tennessee driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of related experience required.
• Experience with Personal Property and Materials Management policies and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with DOE and federal property management regulations.
• Experience using ORACLE system.
• Valid Tennessee Driver’s license for vehicle operation.

Responsabilités

• Lead administration of personal property, export-controlled property, sensitive property, and high‑risk property per regulations.
• Provide enterprise-wide SME guidance for asset tracking, control, and disposition across lifecycle.
• Oversee inventory accountability, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance reporting.
• Manage the ORAU Property Database data integrity and compliance reviews.
• Lead export control compliance activities, including ECCN classification and licensing considerations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for system functionality and process improvements.
• Support audits, assessments, and cross‑functional policy updates.
