Job summary

ORAU's Oak Ridge, TN location seeks a Facilities Project & Procurement Coordinator to support operations, budgeting, and compliance. You will collaborate with the Facilities Operations Manager and TPOCs to drive projects from SOWs to vendor selection, ensuring audit-ready records and aligned schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years in facilities or construction, with strong communication and organizational skills. Some experience with FIMS/WorxHub/Oracle is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in facilities, construction, or related projects.
• Experience with procurement, budgets, and compliance processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide facilities project and procurement support to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate budgets, SOWs, IGCEs, and vendor quotes with stakeholders.
• Track procurement requests and ensure DOE/PRO-101 compliance.
• Maintain project files with version control and audit readiness.
• Serve as liaison for cross-functional project communications.
