Innovative Reasoning, LLC seeks a Property and Logistics Specialist to support the Office of Secure Transportation in Oak Ridge, TN. You will manage OST property, maintain databases, and coordinate shipping, receiving and asset control.

The role requires knowledge of FPMR and DOE-PMR, ability to obtain a security clearance, and collaboration with federal staff to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; minimum four years experience in logistics.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE security clearance.
• Knowledge of FPMR, DOE-PMR and OST property management procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and control all accountable property within an assigned custodial area.
• Maintain OST property records in the OST property database.
• Participate in VPMS and property meetings; serve as the TSTS key staff for automated supply management.
• Assist in logistics duties including set up and tear down of ranges and training facilities.
• Manage excess property cradle-to-grave accountability.
• Maintain professional knowledge by studying laws, regulations and policies; attend workshops.
• Ensure safety is applied to all duties and perform tasks safely.
• Operate assigned OST government vehicles per DOT regulations.
• Maintain licenses/certifications to operate vehicles and equipment.
• Serve customers by focusing on quality and meeting needs and expectations.
• Contribute to team effort and communicate status of tasks.
• Provide support to offsite and local training activities as needed.
