Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience within the Commercial Office Building Maintenance/Engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Embraces and reinforces company core values and behaviors.
• Supervises, reviews, and evaluates Engineering and Maintenance personnel.
• Maintains property equipment files, logs, and Building Engines as requested.
• Oversees property contractors in the performance of their service and contract work.
• Maintains an open dialogue with Commercial Portfolio Manager and maintenance staff.
• Provides timely responses to correspondence, paperwork and other requests.
• Ensures proper tools and supplies are available to handle emergencies.
