Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in building engineering, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. This role may require weekend/overtime hours and driving to onsite locations.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of hands-on building engineering and maintenance experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and use hand tools.
• Proficiency with facility management software.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related components).
• Coordinate with contract services to ensure upkeep to a best-in-class standard.
• Interact with tenants and Federal Realty departments to communicate clearly and responsively.
• Create and close work tickets, perform inspections, and gather information using facility management software.
