Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Business, Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, or related fields are a plus.
• Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Support brokers with day-to-day servicing and management of commercial Property and Construction accounts.
• Prepare renewal marketing materials, cover letters, submissions, and other client-facing documentation.
• Review and process policy documentation, endorsements, binders, and related account materials for accuracy.
• Perform policy and binder checking and assist with quality control across new and renewal business.
• Maintain accurate client, policy, and transaction information within agency management and carrier systems.
• Coordinate renewal activities and assist with underwriting information collection and organization.
• Support accounting and invoicing processes, including premium reconciliation and documentation management.
• Assist with quoting activities and carrier communications as directed by the brokerage team.
