Job summary

FirstService Residential in Austin seeks a seasoned Community Association Manager to provide leadership and strategic direction for property maintenance and operations in alignment with company objectives. You will collaborate closely with the HOA, Board of Directors, developers, and staff to resolve issues and drive service excellence.

The role requires a strong managerial background and 3–5 years of property management experience, with emphasis on customer service, budgeting, and regulatory

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, but not required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Property Management, Hotel or Retail strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, regulations or documents with a similar degree of complexity.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and maintains knowledge of state statutes and community documents.
• Leads relationships with the Board of Directors, developers, builders, and vendors to ensure high service levels.
• Develops and executes an HOA relations plan and manages budgets and financials.
• Oversees construction projects to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Prepares management reports, presentations, and budgets for boards and stakeholders.
