Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Property Manager to provide leadership, direction, and operational oversight for assigned communities in the Austin area. You will collaborate with the association, Board of Directors, developers, and staff to maintain property standards and resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong managerial and customer service abilities, plus experience working with HOA rules, budgets, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Must have strong managerial background.
• Three to five years of experience in Property Management, Hotel and/or Retail preferred.
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, regulations or documents.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of state statutes, community policies and procedures.
• Lead relationships with the Board of Directors, association, developers and staff to meet goals.
• Develop and maintain homeowner relations plans and budgets.
• Oversee construction projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare management reports and Board meeting materials.
• Monitor finances, collections, and vendor relations.
