AAA is seeking a Claims Unit Manager - Property in the Boston area. This leadership role oversees multiple claims teams, focusing on loss/expense control, staff development, and strategic unit initiatives.

The role ensures regulatory compliance, supports customer service best practices, and drives continuous improvement within the Claims division. Travel is occasional, with eligibility for incentive programs based on performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelors equivalent education/experience preferred.
• 7-9 years claims handling and/or operations (required).
• 4-6 years management/supervisory preferred.
• Advanced organizational and planning skills required.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills required.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead change effectively.
• Valid driver's license and state-issued liability insurance required.
• CPCU/CPCA certification preferred (CPCU or PI)

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all unit claims meet quality and regulatory requirements; review audits and surveys and drive corrective actions.
• Recruit and develop staff; oversee staffing and succession planning; coach performance.
• Provide opportunities for growth; delegate appropriately; align with goals.
• Communicate unit goals; monitor behavior and performance; seek innovative improvements.
• Maintain effective internal/external communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on performance, cost, staffing, and resources; participate in meetings to review systems and projects.
• Participate in committees and projects to advance organizational goals.
