Qualifications

• 4-Year college degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• 2+ years of professional property claims and customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills, with ability to interact with insureds, vendors and peers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze initial reports and promptly contact insured parties on day one.
• Manage claims using virtual inspections, AI tools, and approved vendors to assess and adjust property losses.
• Ensure virtual inspections cover facts, damages, and write estimates.
• Evaluate contract language and identify coverage issues.
• Develop and maintain claim files to support investigations and loss analysis.
• Utilize digital tools to estimate scope and damages.
• Negotiate settlements and manage outside vendor expenses.
