Responsibilities

• Analyze initial reports and contact insured parties promptly on day one.
• Manage claims with virtual inspections and AI-enabled tools; coordinate vendors.
• Ensure virtual inspections cover facts, damages, and estimates.
• Investigate and adjust personal and commercial property claims up to $500,000.
• Evaluate contract language for coverage issues and maintain loss files.
• Develop and maintain claim diaries; work toward timely resolution.
• Use PLNAR and other tools to assess damages and write estimates.
• Pursue subrogation when appropriate; control outside vendor costs.
• Support on-call rotations during peak volume and CAT events.
