Responsibilities

• Analyze initial reports and promptly contact insured parties with high priority on day one.
• Manage property claims using virtual inspections, AI tools, and approved vendors to assess losses.
• Ensure virtual inspections cover facts, damages, and writing estimates.
• Evaluate contract language and identify coverage issues.
• Develop the claim file for timely investigation and loss analysis.
• Maintain an active diary to move the file toward resolution.
• Use PLNAR to evaluate damage and scope, and create estimates with Cotality.
• Identify and pursue recovery where possible.
• Adhere to fair claims practices and regulatory requirements.
• Be available for on-call rotation during weekends and heavy-volume periods.
• Support CAT operations with overtime as needed.
• Build rapport with insureds, agents, and underwriters, delivering best-in-class service.
