Responsibilities

• Analyze initial reports and contact insured parties on day one.
• Conduct virtual inspections and adjust property losses using AI and approved vendors.
• Complete virtual inspection notes, evaluate damages, and write estimates.
• Evaluate contract language and identify coverage issues.
• Develop and maintain claim files to support timely resolution.
• Use PLNAR and other tools to estimate virtually and manage expenses.
