Responsibilities

• Analyze initial reports and contact insured parties on day one.
• Manage property claims with virtual inspections using AI and approved vendors.
• Complete virtual inspections to investigate facts, evaluate damages and write estimates.
• Evaluate contract language to identify coverage issues.
• Develop the claim file promptly for investigation and loss analysis.
• Maintain an active diary to move the file toward resolution.
• Use PLNAR and other tools to estimate damages virtually.
