The role requires 5-7 years of claims handling experience, knowledge of claims management systems, and a state adjuster license.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant claims handling experience in property and casualty.
• Experience with claims management systems and standard office software.
• Licensure as a state adjuster or ability to obtain within timeframe.
• Knowledge of insurance policy interpretation and coverage analysis.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve moderately complex property and casualty claims from intake to resolution.
• Conduct thorough investigations: gather statements, review policy coverage, analyze documents.
• Evaluate exposure and potential liability based on policy language and facts.
• Maintain accurate claim notes and reports per internal standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, legal counsel, and external vendors as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to SLAs.
