Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2–5 years in commercial property loss adjusting.
• Experience handling catastrophe claims across multiple property classes.
• Active license, or ability to promptly obtain, in the assigned state.

Responsibilities

• Investigates claims across various settings and assesses loss.
• Conducts property inspections and photographs sites to document damage.
• Interacts with experts, counsel, public adjusters, and carriers as needed.
• Prepares clear, concise reports and supports loss evaluations.
• Uses Xactimate and other software to produce accurate estimates.
• Maintains thorough field notes and time/expense records.
