Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2–5 years’ experience in commercial property loss adjusting; catastrophe claims a plus.
• Active license, or ability to promptly obtain in assigned state(s).

Responsibilities

• Investigates insurance claims across diverse settings and assesses loss or damage.
• Personally conducts property inspections and photographs sites to substantiate losses.
• Interacts with experts, adjusters, and attorneys to finalize evaluations.
• Applies policy knowledge to establish loss estimates and recommend payment.
• Uses Xactimate and other tools to prepare clear reports for carriers.
