Qualifications

• 2–5 years of commercial property loss adjusting experience, including catastrophe claims.
• Experience with various business classes: manufacturing, retail, industrial, habitational, hospitality.
• Knowledge of property claim law.
• Active license, or ability to promptly obtain such, in the assigned state(s).

Responsibilities

• Investigates insurance claims in a variety of settings and assesses loss or damage.
• Conducts property inspections and photographs claim sites to substantiate losses.
• Interviews claimants and experts to accurately assess loss extent.
• Coordinates with experts, attorneys, and carriers to support evaluations.
• Applies policy knowledge to estimate losses and prepare clear reports for carriers.
