Qualifications

• Active license, or ability to promptly obtain such, in the assigned state(s).

Responsibilities

• Investigates insurance claims across varied settings and assesses loss or damage.
• Conducts property inspections, photographs sites, and documents findings to substantiate losses.
• Interacts with architects, engineers, builders, and other experts to gather necessary information.
• Prepares clear reports and recommends reasonable payment amounts.
• Uses software systems like Xactimate to produce accurate estimates.
