Responsibilities

• Investigates claims in various settings and assesses loss or damage.
• Performs property inspections and photographs sites to substantiate losses.
• Interviews claimants and experts to fully assess extent of loss.
• Coordinates with experts, attorneys, adjusters, and carriers as needed.
• Applies policy knowledge to estimate loss and determine payout.
• Prepares clear reports and recommendations for carriers.
• Uses Xactimate to produce accurate estimates.
• Maintains thorough field notes and time/expense records.
