Responsibilities

• Investigates insurance claims across settings such as retail, office buildings, hospitality, manufacturing, healthcare, and government facilities.
• Conducts property inspections, photographs claim sites, and documents losses to substantiate findings.
• Coordinates with experts and attorneys to support evaluations and loss estimates.
• Applies policy interpretation to establish reasonable loss estimates and prepares reports for carriers.
